I cannot believe the state of the place. The breakfast was horrendous, absoluteley disappointing! My room was damp, and I expected a luxury upgrade due to all this inconvenience. But no, just regular mishaps instead. I almost wrote a decent review, but I just couldn't do it. Unacceptable!

Good breakfast with variety of hot/cold dishes. There's Petinos Restaurant within 5 minutes walk or so, liked their menu...

Amazing room upgrade!
We had such a fab stay! Our room was super clean and we were surprised with an upgrade to a room with a private pool right outside. The bar had awesome snacks, and the staff were super friendly, especially the bartender Anca. Only thing was the indoor pool could've been warmer-still a great vibe overall!

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the upgrade to a private pool just outside was a good surprise. Staff members, especially the friendly lifeguard, enhanced the enjoyable atmosphere with their attentiveness. Although the indoor pool left something to be desired in terms of temperature, the comfortable sunbeds by the outdoor pool made up for it. Unfortunately, noise levels from surrounding parties slightly disrupted the otherwise pleasant ambiance.

The hotel's ambiance was lovely and the staff's hospitality made a difference. The room was well-kept, featuring a functional layout, although the temperature of the indoor pool could be improved. Parking could sometimes be a challenge, especially during busier hours.

The direct access pools elevate the experience here, giving you that luxe retreat vibe right from your room. You can't overlook the all-inclusive packages either.
Noise levels can be a nuisance, particularly from partying groups that seem to take over late into the night, disrupting any chance of peace. The indoor pool water is a bit on the cooler side, which might not suit everyone looking to relax. I also found the food choices lacking, especially for those of us who appreciate a solid vegetarian selection. My bed could have used a bit more comfort-some nights seemed like I was sleeping on a rock. And don't even get me started on the parking. Good luck finding a spot during peak hours.
